Please be reminded that if you have a motion for amending the Articles of Association and/or By-Laws, for them to pass with the simple two-thirds majority, those items must be received no later than 30-days before the meeting, which is Wednesday, June 15, 2022. After that date, 12 affirmative votes will be required, rather than 10.
