As discussed at EC yesterday, we have posted a video to help with logging into arrl.org The link can be found on arrl.org directly under the Login button and is called Login Help In just a week the page has seen over 700 page views and has lead to a 20% reduction in calls to member services The team is very happy with the results, and we will be promoting next week in the ARRL Letter to point it out to members who may have had trouble and want to give it another try Thanks David
