Attached is the final version of Ritz Motion #1. In addition to changing "CEO" to "Chief Executive Officer", I also fixed a typo that I just found in the document numbering within Appendix 2. (I had Section 12.3, should be Section 5.4 at the top.) It's amazing to me that I can read something a hundred times, and the 101st time I'll find something I screwed up.... Many thanks to Bill and JR for checking the document. Now it should be ready to go, and there is now one more governance document that is cleaned up. Working for (too) many years in the electronics industry, we were bound by having to meet ISO-9000 quality standards.
