So far there is no sign of a White House nomination of a new FCC Chairman, even though there have been rumors to such. That being the case, Dave, Chris and I believe it is important for us to take up the matter of the FCC's failure to act on the Court of Appeals remand with Acting Chairman Copps who, historically, has been receptive and sensitive to our position and issues. There of course is no guarantee that he will take any action, but his past comments and actions have been geared toward getting things done.
