We have a new employee down here in the Editorium: Khrystyne Keane, K 1SFA, of Watertown, Connecticut, is our new Assistant Editor. She is occupying the office that used to be John Hennessee's. Her new extension is 236, and her initials are SKK. She'll be working part time until April 24, and then will be here full time. Although she is a new ham,Khrystyne has been married to Michael, K1MK, for 13 years, and thus knows the ins and outs of ham radio. Khrystyne speaks Spanish and lived in La Serena, Chile, for three years in the 1990s, while Michael was at the Cerro Tololo Inter-American Observatory. Since then, between raising her two children, now aged 6 and 8, she has been a Boy Scout camp director, has been involved with a political campaign, has done public relations and marketing, and has been a reporter for a weekly newspaper. She'll be editing and writing QST articles, preparing manuscripts for publication and assisting Rick Lindquist with our news operation. Joel
