Andy, my own Rep. Moran KS 1st has been rather supportive. I suggest you try to find out if Stark has an aide that focuses on telecom or failing that, science. If he did have one, I'd have thought your letter would have gone to that person. But maybe it didn't. Point being, try to work directly with the most appropriate staff person.
