Good morning, George,
I sent a message back to Smokey (his agent) asking if Joe would be in or around CT anytime soon. The resonse was negative, but I was encouraged to write to Joe about the project (which I will do promptly) and hope we can maintain contact. And we'll work on next year.

Hi Mary:
Thanks for the update. Hopefully we can get him to look favorably upon us in some other way.
I actually invited him to the January meeting in Dallas in 2001. Maybe we can somehow get him to visit Newington, see the programs we are involved in, and then be our guest for the Thursday evening get together prior to the July board meeting.
Just an idea seed for you to think about.
73...and see you Thursday.

Good morning!
I just received word from his agent that Joe Walsh will be unable to join us in Dayton this weekend, due to recording commitments with the Eagles. But I haven't given up.

I think I still have his e-mail address, I will try and find it, and send him a short note, and ask him if he plans to attend. Have a great time in Dayton. 73, Tuck NZ6T "Hobart, Mary K1MMH" wrote:
