Dear Officers, Directors and Vice Directors, In going through the Standing Orders, it was noted that Standing Order #79 states: 79) Where necessary for clarification, HQ shall include a copy of the original correspondence from a member when sending a copy of an answer by HQ personnel to the Director of the Division involved. While this has typically referred to member letters, now that the vast majority of correspondence to HQ is sent via email, I interpret this By-Law to include all email correspondence as well. Therefore, I’ve asked Carla to copy the appropriate Director and Vice Director on my replies to member emails.
