Greetings. Attached is the FCC's Further Notice of Proposed Rule Making released today (Friday) very late. This is the FCC's action?on remand from the Court of Appeals. They seek comment on the unredacted studies we made them release, and they attempt to justify the 40 dB/decade extrapolation factor, but seek comment on whether some other factor is proper, such as 30 dB/decade. The comment date is short: 30 days after public notice publication?in the Federal Register and replies 45 days after Fed Reg publication.
