Please find attached the Advance Notification Announcement for the Second Meeting of the ARRL Board of Directors. The meeting will begin at 9:00 AM on Friday July 20, 2018 at the Hartford/Windsor Airport Marriott at 88 Day Hill Rd., Windsor, Connecticut. The official announcement will be sent to participants thirty days before the meeting. Also, please find attached the hotel accommodation form for the meeting. These need to be completed and returned to Carla Pereira, KC1HSX, at cpereira@arrl.org<mailto:cpereira@arrl.org> no later than close of business on Tuesday July 3, 2018. Note that all written committee/officer reports are due to Carla by Thursday July 5, 2018 to allow for preparation of the Board meeting books for participants.
