Some of the BPL press coverage has taken an interesting turn; the business case for BPL is increasingly being called into question. For example, an article in yesterday's Columbia (MO) Daily Tribune http://archive.columbiatribune.com/2004/oct/20041019busi003.asp even quotes Alan Shark of the PLCA as saying that BPL as prohibitively expensive in sparsely settled areas.
