[arrl-odv:33074] A Friend at Amazon Web Services

LinkedIn just informed me: Congratulate <https://www.linkedin.com/comm/in/rudy-bakalov?midToken=AQGr5sPkodn3aA&midSi g=3TbBArf_Lh-q01&trk=eml-email_notification_digest_01-settings-6-prof_photo& trkEmail=eml-email_notification_digest_01-settings-6-prof_photo-null-5v3op%7 Ekx88wq8d%7Ejj-null-neptune%2Fprofile%7Evanity%2Eview&lipi=urn%3Ali%3Apage%3 Aemail_email_notification_digest_01%3BTRicQvlaRwa4ha9Rxa%2BKvA%3D%3D> Rudy Bakalov for starting a new position as Americas Security Strategy and Go To Market Lead at Amazon Web Services (AWS) Rudy is N2WQ. He lives in Connecticut, owns and operates the HQ9X contest station, and he is the guy I appointed as the New England member of the Contest Advisory Committee (CAC), to replace W1UE. The CAC is headed by K9CT. Seems to me that ARRL may someday want to consider whether LoTW should be able to use AWS or the equivalent Microsoft product on Mondays after contests, to quell the howls of those (members or not) who can't tolerate our slow Mondays.
