Kay, All the power to you in your endeavors with CAP. One of the locals (Cincinnati) has been an officer in CAP for many years and throughout most of these has been trying to develop a CAP-Amateur Radio local affiliation. There has been absolutely no interest in the CAP leadership even though the Greater Cincinnati ARA has been eager to make things work. All this means to me is that something coming down from the top will at least open the door for local clubs to begin talks. The "to begin talks" is the key. We here have had the door open and a squadron leader (or whatever his title is) inside, but not gotten to the talk part.
