Good plan, Art. Perhaps they could conduct joint DXpeditions for freeband contacts, entering North Korea or Iraq without authority. Shocking how two different administrative law judges concluded that in miraculously short periods of time, these two have rehabilitated themselves and become productive, contributing members of society.
