In the version to be sent to the Board, A&F asked us to include revised 2008 figures based on 11 months of actual results and an estimate for December. This pushes back the distribution date slightly - it is scheduled to go out sometime the week of December 15. Historically the board receives the Plan during the middle to latter part of December, so it is not late. The A&F Committee provided feedback to staff to incorporate into the Plan and it will be sent out as soon as it is incorporated.
