Tom, I agree with you. As mentioned respondents took the comment area as a free form comment to ARRL. As you point out, we are already doing some of the things members would like to see and it then becomes important to let them know we are already doing what is being asked. We are getting the list 'boiled' down to major groups and once done will share that with ODV. As Marty noted at the meeting, these comments are very interesting to ready through. They tell us what members think we should add, and they tell us that members do not know we already have. They might be more useful if they are categorized into 20-30 categories. A lot of the suggestions can be easily answered. Maybe that tells us we should have some place (blog? web news?) where we do some kind of Q&A for general questions about ARRL services. I'm sure dozens of questions like these are answered daily by HQ staff (and Board members). The answers might be very useful for a lot more than the person asking. Maybe something like the The Doctor is IN (or Hints & Kinks) columns in QST?
