Some food for thought. If we continue on this telemarketing path, rather than using a firm, can we come up with a script and have good knowledgable volunteers (ARRL members) make the calls? Political campaigns do this all the time with volunteer staff and are reasonable successful. I would feel much more comfortable with hams calling hams rather then uninformed third parties. Jim K9JF
