Dick, I just got this message, so forgive me if I am late chiming in, but I am very nervous about e-mails that thank members of the Board for helping with documents filed against Baxter, even FCC filings. I would urge that Board members not become involved in any respect in the Baxter proceeding. There is no need to file anything in connection with this, and Baxter is sufficiently litigious that we should stay away from this issue, as we do with all other enforcement matters, other than through the OO program, which is statutorily authorized, and is the subject of an FCC agreement.
