[arrl-odv:34998] Re: CONFIDENTIAL: Interview request

Director McIntyre: There are no activities of the ARRL Board that are "confidential" with respect to any subset of the Board. I will be pleased to meet with the members of the Elections and Ethics Committee together with all members of the ARRL Board. All Board members are entitled to all information regarding League operations. There is no need or precedence for confidential activity by your committee or part of the Board. We have several questions that will help us establish context for this matter. Please let us know when we might meet, at your earliest convenience. As we will all be in Connecticut for the Board Meeting, it would be convenient to meet in-person, if that’s possible. If not, we can arrange to meet virtually. Thank you.
