Just read your October QST "It Seem To Us"... and it really strikes a chord with me and it will with lot of the hams in the Central Division. This topic has been a consistent theme of mine at meetings and forums this past year. Many of the people I have talked to would like to see Part 15 devices "sunsetted". But now that the consumer electronics industry is using this regulation to produce wireless Internet networking devices, this is no longer a politically viable solution. However, I think we need to make sure that the interference potential is not increase by higher transmit powers and cycles by Part 15 device manufacturers and users. We don't need any more cow s--- disguised as progress. 73 - Dick, W9GIG
