On January 3, the Vice President's and I got together via a teleconference to discuss a few issue for the board meeting. One item was the primary topic for Thursday evening. One of the VP's suggested, and we all unanimously agreed, that we should discuss our strategic plan in an effort to get back on track and refocus. This will also be good for our new members that will be attending to be briefed as well. So, that will be our primary topic for the evening.
