I've repeated the sign-up information below. Please be sure to do this ahead of time--don't wait until the time of the webinar, please. I want to be sure everyone is aware of the process for the session--Directors will have their chances to ask questions first; if there is sufficient time remaining, Vice Directors will then have a chance to ask questions. In some previous webinars, information was not always clearly displayed to the organizer (me) about whether people had raised their "hand" to speak. This may have meant that some individuals did not get a chance to ask questions. This situation is very distressing to those wishing to ask questions and to me, and cannot be allowed. Accordingly, if the hand-raised displays are again not visible in real time, I will revert to calling on individuals one-by-one to ask for questions. This is cumbersome but at least everyone will get a chance to be heard. Please try to be brief and specific. With 30 Directors and Vice Directors, 2 minutes apiece becomes a full hour. Adding time for responses, this clearly means that we can easily consume the allotted 2-hour duration of the meeting. Please be succinct. Remember, the plan will also be discussed at the Board meeting, so this is not the last opportunity to discuss the Plan.
