Enclosed is the proposed 2011-2012 Plan for the ARRL that will be discussed at the upcoming Board meeting in January. This Plan has been presented to the A&F Committee who, at their meeting on November 20th, voted to recommend it to the Board for ratification. As in the past, the A&F Chairman will be scheduling a conference call for Directors and Officers prior to the January meeting to allow you the opportunity to ask questions before the meeting.
