I strongly recommend that you read the FCC document Dave refers to at the bottom. It includes all of the "logic" necessary for the FCC to allow Part 15 over licensed services - such as BPL. Very discouraging... -- Tom At 12:03 PM 4/1/2004, K1ZZ wrote:
