Hi all: I hope everyone had a great 4th of July! The Board meeting is just a couple of weeks away. I lookforward to seeing everyone. The Standing Committee Chairs were notified sometime backabout our tight Thursday schedule, so most of you are probably aware of the schedulethrough your discussions in committee meetings or correspondence, but to makesure everyone knows, on Thursday we will have CAPTRUST make a Board presentationfrom 3-5 pm. Consequently, the committees holding meetings on Thursday willneed to adjust their agenda accordingly. Thursday evening after dinner we will have harassment trainingwhich is required for our D&O policy. Everyone needs to attend. We will have the usual pre-dinner social hour from 5-6 pm anddinner at 6:30 pm. Safe travels! With all of the flight delays andcancellations I’m hearing about in the news, let’s hope the problems will beworked out by then.  73,Rick – K5UR
