Kay, Being from the South you can appreciate this analogy my Grandfather often used when he was confronted with similar circumstances: It's kind of like a two-story outhouse- the politicians use the top story while the rest of us are stuck using the bottom... It's very easy to be cynical about the FCC. It seems that everyone has to follow their rules EXCEPT them; to a point that they have to be brought to court, and they STILL do not follow their rules. Politics as usual (poly=many, ticks=a blood sucking insect) For those of the board family that deal with them face to face on a regular basis, you have great patience and MUST have a good sense of humor!
