" The next FCC Technological Advisory Council (TAC) meeting will be on December 4th. I wanted to let everyone on this list know that the FCC's Spectrum Policy Task Force (SPTF) will be making a presentation at that meeting. They will be discussing some of the technical considerations behind their final report. This will be the first time some of this material will be made public. I encourage those of you who are interested in this subject and who can't attend the meeting to listen to the webcast.
