It's important for us to submit our Board meeting reports in advance so we all have time to read them and so Lisa can get everything duplicated for the meeting notebooks. Everyone who has a report due for the meeting (Officers, chairs, liaisons) is requested to post your report to the ODV by July 9, one week before the meeting. Please send a copy directly to Lisa for the meeting notebook, since she does not receive ODV messages. If you're new to preparing reports, please refer to the January meeting notebook for the typical format. I'd be happy to answer any questions you may have.
