Joel, Thanks you for the detailing report. That is a very good enlighting and timing report. I think all the items you mention in your report applied to members here in the Delta Division. I received several calls from non ARRL members asking me questions about regulation by bandwidths and modes? I was very courtesy to them and in the meantime I looked them up as the conversation was in progress and discovered their membership status. As we closed out our conversation and if I discovered them not being a member; I said to them when are you going to send in you ARRL dues? It was always silent on the other end for a few minutes.
