[arrl-odv:35227] Any US Forest Service fees updates?

I received a call from a member today asking if there is any updates on the proposed fee increases for US Forest Service land use by amateurs? The end of the year is rapidly approaching, and it seems some of the clubs that manage repeaters are "bracing for impact".... 73; Mike W7VO

Mike Not yet. Sen. Risch is still attempting to insert language into the 2023 Farm Bill that would prevent the assessment of fees on AR. The USFS has not announced its decision and has made no announcements of when a decision might be expected. ______________________________________ John Robert Stratton N5AUS Director West Gulf Division Office:512-445-6262 Cell:512-426-2028 P.O.
