Don't get too upset about this, folks. It doesn't substantively change the ECPA (Electronic Communications Privacy Act), and the unintentional interception exemption is intact. This really only elevates ECPA violations to felonies, rather than misdemeanors. Blindsided, yes. Issue for Amateur Radio? I don't think so. Chris
