A good friend of mine has suggested counter proposals to the FCC for BPL --- BWP ---> Broadband on the Water Pipe" and "BSP" ---> Broadband on the Sewer Pipe. Like BPL, both of these take advantage of existing infrastructures, but with the important advantage that the delivery modes are all buried, reducing interference levels above ground! When considering the recent problems with worms, viri, spam, etc. connecting to the internet via BSP seems, somehow, appropriate. Do you think the FCC will go for this? 73, Wade W0EJ
