Thanks, Greg. I perhaps should have made the print large so that it was 92 pages long when I filed it. Maybe they would then read it. This was a collaborative job, and Dave Sumner made a really bad draft of mine into a good end product. I had, in fact, told the FCC how stupid they were. Dave created some restraint where none had existed previously. I'll get him for that. 73, Chris W3KD
