Greetings. After extensive review by the Executive Committee members and some good edits from the entire EC and especially from Messr's Sumner and Rinaldo, we filed last evening the attached reply comments in response to those 900 plus comments on our Bandwidth petition. Most of the comments filed were negative with respect to the ARRL Petition, but they were polarized in one direction or another (i.e. "make no change in regulation by emission mode" versus "don't have any subband regulation"), putting our petition in the "reasonable middle ground" category. Here they are. Incidentally, the voluminous comments filed in response to the "Communications Think Tank" petition, RM-11305 were even more negative than those filed in response to ours....
