Well, it was a rest from all the e-mail I answered this weekend on the subject. And Dick is correct, the Schenectady guys have just not yet been on QRZ and they really have no information on the issue. Eventually they will wake up to issue. I believe that as a group (ARRL) we need not to be defensive about this but just continue to get information out there on the subject in as many ways as we can. We cannot appear to be hunkering down in the bunker. Who knows what it is that will finally get the bulk of our members to focus on the information we have sent to them. We simply need to keep sending it and answering their questions. I send a month bulletin via the web and plan to do some MORE information next time time (before Dayton) about the "regulation by bandwidth" proposal. Frank....N2FF k5ur@aol.com wrote:
