I've corresponded with Cardinal Mahoney in the past. I don't know if he's active on the air, but at the time he was staying abreast of what was going on in amateur radio. George, Cardinal Edward Egan of New York is a golfer. I dont think anyone is equating the churches stand on errent priests to golf.

Even journalists are smart enough to realize one thing has nothing to do with the other.
