To insure that we have the most up-to-date information to complete the year-end financial reports for the Board meeting, we must receive any final expense reports for 2003 expenses at HQ by Friday, January 9th. As in the past, we will also accept any estimates you may have for administrative expenses where you won't have the appropriate back-up until after this date. We will include the estimate in the year-end financial reports and make any necessary adjustments before the audited numbers are released. We appreciate your help in getting us this information. In addition, your copy of the 2004-2005 Plan that will be considered at the upcoming Board meeting will be mailed from HQ today. Included in this package (for those of you who haven't received a copy yet) will be a copy of the results from the recently completed market study.
