[arrl-odv:33481] Small correction

I accidentally left a word in when editing the email on electronic balloting. The first sentence in the second paragraph read: "We ask your help in testing the electronic paper and electronic balloting processes." It should read "We ask your help in testing the paper and electronic balloting processes." Amazing how many times you can proof-read something and still miss. 73, Art -- Arthur I.
