The comment deadline for the FCC BPL NPRM is May 3, for reply comments June 1. The strategy discussed in the story follows the lead of the "Why is the ARRL Concerned About the FCC's NPRM on BPL?" document I distributed to ODV about three weeks ago. This was also discussed at last Saturday's Executive Committee meeting; the memo to the EC on the subject is attached for your information. The memo refers to a meeting that Paul Rinaldo and I were scheduled to have over lunch on March 16 with Bill Moroney of the United Telecom Council and Brett Kilbourne of UPLC.
