18 APR 2014 - 2151 CDT My vote is: I support having HQ issue reminders in both division and section elections. My personal feelings are: I have no problems with a candidate-neutral reminder being issued by either HQ or the Division Director. However, I believe there will be some ARRL members who will think, even possibly accuse, the Director of taking sides. I prefer to steer clear of that swamp. - Dick Isely, W9GIG
