Minute 35, Item #1 On the edited paper copy of this motion, I show that the first instance of the word "to" was changed to "of". If I am correct, this sentence should read as follows: Convert all references of "Executive Vice President" to "Chief Executive Officer" in Artiucles 6 and 8. However, I may have missed the subsequent withdrawal of this change. Dan Henderson and you have done a very nice job with this wordy set of board meeting minutes. - Dick, W9GIG

Dick, I recall the discussion. However, on closer examination of the sentence "to" is the correct preposition. You refer to something; you don't refer of something.
