There are references in several sections of this report to large numbers of new licensees joining the Amateur Radio Service since the code requirement was abolished. That's encouraging but it isn't quantified. Can we see some data showing numbers of new licensees since the code was dropped, compared to (say) a comparable period from 2006? We have so much riding on this growth in the number of new hams that I would be comforted by some hard data. 73 - Kay N3KN
