[arrl-odv:32678] Cuban Interference on 40 meters

Has there been any actual communication with the FCC on the interference matter? If so, what is the FCC saying? 73, Rod Amateur Radio W6ROD ARRL Int’l Affairs Vice President www.flickr.com/rodstaffordphotography

I've asked Mr. Siddall to provide an update. ARRL Confidential Rick, I have not been involved in any communication with the FCC on this issue. I advised on the appropriate path to follow if the signal originates from an area outside of FCC jurisdiction, but the response was that the signal may not be from outside the U.S. So I am not the right person to address this.
