Dick, DXAC chair K0CA has initiated discussion internally within the DXAC on this subject, subsequent to the TX0 operation and at the suggerstion of N7NG. Initially the thread was leaning toward suggesting inaction on possible DQing of DXpeditions by the DXCC desk. I think there is somewhat more interest by now to suggest being proactive, but the subject is not drawing definite trends, or truly huge amounts of discussion.... yet. If the Board or committees are so inclined, I think the DXAC would accept and respond to direction or framing on this. 73 Bruce liaison
