Yes, there are some costs involved, but I believe they are necessary in order to provide a quality service to both our members and non-members who need to locate information on our web site. While a 100,000 document search capacity sounds like a lot, it's a bit like hard drive capacity. Today's over-capacity becomes tomorrow's under-capacity.
