In Newington and environs the temperature stayed above freezing, so we escaped the fate of our neighbors to the north; parts of Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Maine got clobbered and there is likely to be a lot of antenna damage up there. Restoring power there is likely to take days. Right now the temperature is dropping and the wind is picking up here in Connecticut, but there is no precipitation expected over the weekend. Dave K1ZZ
