Greetings. I tried to send this yesterday but the server bounced it. This is the word version of these comments, filed electronically October 31, the due date. I filed this as a PDF, with the Walden/Ross letter attached, but the file is too large to send through the ARRL server. The as-filed version can be read on the FCC's ECFS site under the "05-235" docket entry. Most of the comments filed so far (a total of about 3500 on both the petitions and the NPRM) were from individuals. It is not clear so far that filing reply comments will be necessary.
