Coy, I certainly hope your member has lodged a strong complaint with his ISP for their denial of service. I just got a call from a key member of my division and he was madder than a wet hen. (That's upset for you folks up north) His local ISP has blocked all his e-mail coming through arrl.net. It seems that arrl.net has been added to the REALTIME BLACKHOLE LIST by the folks at MAIL ABUSE, http://mail-abuse.org/. They add folks to this list to try to force them to clean up their act and help in stopping spam. This is not good. A lot of ISP's around the country subscribe to this list. Anyone else having any complaints? Coy ...........
