Overnight a few "shotgun" messages to Board members complaining about recent EME Contest rules changes showed up. The background on these rules changes is in an attachment to the VUAC report, Document 31 of the July meeting. We're working on getting the Board meeting committee reports, including this one, posted on the Web site; they should be up shortly so inquirers can be referred to the report. Dave K1ZZ
