[arrl-odv:13935] Fwd: Broadband Over Power Line Database Errors

Greetings. This is self-explanatory. We are keeping the pressure on UTC, which sent to FCC on March 16, 2006 a rather strident opposition to our complaint about the content of the BPL database. They hardly fixed the problems, and the database is still, to use an apropos Sumnerism, "garbage-in, garbage-out". This is SEPARATE from our complaint about access restrictions, to which UTC has not yet responded. Joel, Dave and I are meeting with OET this coming Friday. 73, Chris W3KD -----Original Message----- From: W3KD To: Julius.Knapp@fcc.gov; Bruce.Romano@fcc.gov; Joseph.Casey@fcc.gov Cc: w5zn@arrl.org; dsumner@arrl.org; ehare@arrl.org; prinaldo@arrl.org Sent: Sat, 25 Mar 2006 11:32:27 -0500 Subject: Broadband Over Power Line Database Errors Gentlemen: Attached is the Reply by ARRL, the National Association for Amateur Radio, to the March 16, 2006 Opposition of UTC, the United Telecom Council, to ARRL's February 14, 2006 Complaint concerning the content of the UTC-maintained BPL database.
